SALES

They help clients find their dream watch, sell or trade their current watch, and at times even provide some horology humor.

Our sales team goes the extra mile to ensure the complete satisfaction of our clients. They undergo training on all the watches and brands that we carry, so they can provide expert product advice and education, with unparalleled professionalism. Majority of their day is spent helping our global clientele over the phone and via email, as well as servicing our local customers at the Showroom.

OPERATIONS

These folks are sharp, fast on their feet, keen with details, and oil the engine that keeps SWE running.

Our operations team works behind the scenes to ensure that nothing slips through the cracks in our day-to-day functions. They work diligently to ensure that every watch a client orders, gets to them in time and in the condition they expect. They also ensure the accuracy of our product listings, and help with data entry for new product arrivals, when needed.

WATCHMAKING

The watchmakers and polishers that get our watches in tiptop shape.

Every pre-owned watch that we offer for sale is first inspected and sometimes restored by our trained watchmakers and polishers. This same team is available to service clients’ watches, when they need maintenance or repair. They are stationed in our in-house, state-of-the-art service center, where they meticulously work with their hands and tools on one watch at a time.

If you have watchmaking, or watch polishing, and refinishing experience, and fluency in top watch brands, movements and parts -- we want you!
