WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS ARE SAYING

Had a GREAT experience with SWE! Did a straight sale and was treated very fairly. Was a smooth transaction from beginning to end. David was great. Would definitely do business with them again. A+++

SWE makes it a breeze to buy a watch of your dreams. The pictures, descriptions and their guarantee that the watch I’m buying is authentic gave me confidence to make a large purchase online for an iconic Rolex Day Date. Post sale communication was great and they delivered my piece on time and as agreed. The only problem I have with SWE is the fact that they have such a good selection of desirable watches, that I can’t decide which one to buy next! Thanks again, SWE for making my purchase smooth and enjoyable. I look forward to my next watch purchase with you.

Very easy process. Great price. Great to do business with.

The overall process form pricing to delivery was exceptional. This is a wonderful group to work with. Their watchs are consistently excellent.

Had 2 bad purchases w Jomashop. Purchased identical watch w Swiss Watch without issue. Fast delivery and watch came as advertised in original packaging w inserts.

We had a wonderful time with your sales people!

Always a pleasure going to the store to purchase watches. I am extremely happy with my purchases. Especially the last two, Panerai and AP. Ro is very knowledgeable about watches. Thanks for another great experience.

Michael Cash was very knowledgeable and helpful in the purchase of my watches. Very professional, felt very secure and protected in making my selection for purchase 👍

Outstanding service, just made my second purchase and will likely make a third

We recently bought 2 Watches from Swiss Watch Expo, a JLC Reverso, and IWC Ingenieur. It was a great experience. Jason was awesome to work with and both pieces were in pristine condition. I highly recommend Swiss Watch Expo.

Straightforward, transparent process that was easy to complete. Love my Reverso. Thanks for all your help

The watch was in very good condition, delivered on time and good customer service..

Quality was as advertised! Fiancé loved the early present. Would definitely shop here for future watch needs.

Had a great experience with Swiss Watch Expo! The selection was excellent, the prices were competitive, and the entire process was smooth and professional. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the experience easy from start to finish. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Swiss Watch Expo to anyone looking for a quality luxury watch. I’ll definitely be doing business with them again!

I had an amazing experience working with Jason at Swiss Watch Expo. I was looking for a very special Rolex for my wife’s 35th birthday, and Jason went above and beyond to help me find the right one. This wasn’t just another purchase for me. I wanted something meaningful that my wife could keep for many years and that would always remind her of this special moment in her life. Jason understood that from the beginning. He took the time to have multiple video calls with me, showed me the watch in detail, patiently answered every question I had, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine willingness to help made a huge difference. Jason, thank you for helping me choose such an important gift for my wife. I truly appreciate the time and attention you gave me. If you’re considering purchasing a Rolex or any luxury watch from Swiss Watch Expo, I highly recommend asking for Jason. You’ll be in great hands. Thank you again, Jason!

SWE was great to work with. My sales person Michael resolved/answered any questions I had very quickly. Well done!

Swiss Watch Expo did a wonderful job. We went there not knowing we needed an appointment, but they squeezed us in, got me the watch I wanted, and even removed a link. We had a very good conversation with the officer who was on duty as well. The price for the watch that I purchased was the best I had seen for that make and model. I highly recommend them.

Great watch perfect condition! Shipped with original box and paperwork.

After retirement, I was happy to purchase my Rolex through Swiss Watch Expo. I worked with Mike Cash who answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable purchasing an impressive watch not through a Rolex AD. I felt the price of the watch was fair and the purchase/ transaction was seamless.

Working with Jason at SWE was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Setting up a FaceTime viewing appointment was incredibly easy, and Jason contacted me in advance to confirm everything. He had the timepieces ready to view, was knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The purchase process was smooth and hassle-free, and the watch was on my wrist within a couple of days. It arrived in flawless condition and matched the description perfectly. I couldn't be happier with the experience.

In had a great experience buy a Vacheron from swisswatchpro.. they showed me the watch before buying, transaction was smooth and the watch was exactly as expected.

Great website. Very clear images and specific details. Easy transaction. Helpful customer service pre and post purchase.

First experience with them was great, watch exactly as described, helped with a question I had the morning after delivery, jumped on a FaceTime with me when I called, very helpful/responsive

Easy transaction. Buy the watch and the watch ships. You assess the watch. Like it? Keep it. Don't like it? Send it back.

Easy transaction on a great time piece.. will definitely buy from them again!

My first experience with SWE. They have a great inventory of great watches, and Michael was extremely nice and helpful. I will certainly do business with them again.

Ease of purchase and competitive pricing. Sales person (Ro) was awesome, helpful and friendly!

Seamless transaction. I was new to this type of buying a watch, but they were the only place I could find what I wanted. It all went perfectly.

This was my second purchase from them and the experience was great. I love the fact that it's low pressure and no heavy sales pitches. I am fortunate enough to live in the area, so I can always see my purchase in person before taking it home. My spouse actually loved the watch that I selected and we were able to take it back a few days letter to have it correctly sized. The entire process is always so smooth. I definitely look forward to maintaining an ongoing business relationship with Swiss Watch Expo.

Seamless transaction. I was new to this type of buying a watch, but they were the only place I could find what I wanted. It all went perfectly.

A great resource to find high end quality watches. I bought a nice Rolex for the wife and another Cartier for myself this month.

Swiss is so professional and easy to work with. I love all the processes they have in place and everything is as presented online. David was fantastic to work with!

Everybody in the entire Swiss expo watch crew has been nothing but professional from Seth and Tiffany answering the phones to David in sales, consulting, and Kate In operations. Everybody was very nice thank you for the experience.. I would recommend my friends and anybody who’s looking for preowned Swiss watch.

Angel was amazing! She took time to FaceTime me and show me the watch and its condition in detail. She was knowledgeable about the brand and their long history in the industry. Highly recommend Angel and SWE for nice watch purchases and peace of mind on authenticity

I had an excellent experience, and would definitely recommend. They made if very easy and seamless to work with.

Jonathan was great. He explained the process thoroughly and even did a zoom call so I could see the watch before purchasing. I love the watch and wear it every day. Thanks.

Living in Atlanta, I was able to make an appointment to follow up on my beautiful Omega purchase and the sales staff was helpful and friendly and helped ensure a wonderful experience.

The whole interaction with the entire Swiss watch expo team was fantastic from start to finish and I absolutely love my Omega Seamaster watch.

The whole interaction with the entire Swiss watch expo team was fantastic from start to finish and I absolutely love my Omega Seamaster watch.

Did not use the sales folks and just bought online with a card, but communication was good and package arrived as advertised. The watch is very nice and appears like new. was an easy transaction and would recommend based on my experience.

I was looking for a Ladies Rolex for my Partners' birthday, and SwissWatchExpo came up on my Google Search. After using their very easy website to search for the particular style I wanted, and noticing they were based close to where I lived I reached out to ask for a Store visit so I could see the watches in person. At this point I was connected with Michael, who was helpfulness and patience personified, as we narrowed down my choices to ensure my time in Store was used effectively. In the end I purchased an Anniversary Edition of a Ladies Datejust 26 Steel Yellow Gold Rolex with a Diamond Dial. My Partner loves it and hasn't stopped wearing it since I gave it to her. I would highly recommend SwissWatchExpo, they have a fantastic selection of all the premium brand watches, all meticulously checked before sale, offer a great warranty on your purchase, and Certificates of Authenticity. However what sets them apart, in my opinion, is the quality of their Team, in my case I worked with Michael, who was outstanding, but every member of the Team I interacted with, was friendly, professional and genuinely there to help you, not try to pressurize you into a purchase.

I have purchased three-time pieces from Swiss Watch Expo. All three experiences were outstanding. I will be back for a fourth!

These folks were responsive, helpful, accommodating, and delivered all they promised. A joy to work with, you can trust them.

Best purchase ever. Ro was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us. He FaceTimed us without any hesitation. My watch is even better than described and viewed. I will purchase again.

Awesome experience and beautiful Rolex. Jason was amazing and made it happen!

My first experience with SWE and what a great experience with Ro. Face-Timed me with the actual watch for my wife and I had the opportunity to see other watches for my future purchases. Everything was authentic, no aftermarket. Definitely now my go to watch place.

Let me start my review by saying I was nervous spending so much money on one watch …. I really wanted this limited edition Omega .. and was not feeling comfortable with a lot of the well know online outlets and .. the big issue not being able to walk in and see the watch … I started with a Call to SwissWatchExpo and talking with Jason … he walked me through the process .. sent me various custom videos of the watch and invited me to come see it it Atlanta ..I made an appointment with him. I flew up from Hilton Head Island with my young son who loves and owns a few luxury watches… I thought it would be a great father son experience .. and it truly was !!! The facility in Atlanta is quite unique .. in a nice neighborhood.. and very safe and secure ! Jason was awesome !!! He had pulled about 6 watches that we discussed over texts .. and they were all ready for me on my arrival ! The quality of the watches were absolutely beautiful ! I picked my Speedmaster Milano Cortina .. and he sized it for me perfectly and taught me some tips and tricks ! The transaction process was easy .. nice gift bags and boxes ! I wore the watch on the plane home !!! I’m already looking at a few more watches now .. and definitely plant it works out to purchase another from Jason ! If you are considering these guys .. you will not be disappointed !!!

I had a wonderful experience. Jason showed me the watches that I showed some interest in and added two watches he thought I may like. One of them was the Cartier Santos in titanium. It wasn't even on my radar but he showed it to me and I walked out with it that day. Great service absolutely amazing selection of watches. I'll definitely be going back there for a lot more. I just have to pace myself and have some form of control. Which may be a problem.

Working with SwissWatchExpo was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Purchasing a luxury watch online—especially one you can’t see or hold in person—can feel intimidating, but they completely put my mind at ease. Jason was incredible to work with. He patiently answered my many questions, took the time to FaceTime with me so I could see the watch in detail, and walked me through every aspect of its condition, authenticity, and the comprehensive inspection and verification process each watch goes through before it’s sold. His knowledge and transparency gave me complete confidence that I was making the right purchase. I never felt rushed. Jason spent as much time with me as I needed, showing me every angle of the watch and explaining the details that matter when buying a high-end timepiece. It truly felt like the personalized experience of shopping in a luxury boutique, even though I was hundreds of miles away. The watch arrived exactly as described, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I would absolutely buy from SwissWatchExpo again and highly recommend them to anyone considering a luxury watch. Thank you, Jason, for making what could have been a nerve-wracking purchase such a seamless and enjoyable experience!

Easy, smooth, experience! Showed up without an appointment (remember to make an appointment if you're going in peraon) but Joshua was kind enough to assist me and helped me find exactly what I was looking for! I was in and out in under 30 minutes with a beautiful watch for my husband that he loved. Will be back shopping for myself soon!

Jason was great, very helpful and professional. Answered all my questions and the item was just like the photo and the video call.

Amazing selection, competitive prices, great overall experience. David R. was fantastic to work with. Patient and understanding. This was my first watch and experience with them but won’t be my last. Thank you!

I am using Swiss Watch Expo for several years now, and can’t be happier with the quality of their service! The experience with purchases is always seamless, stress free, fast, reliable and courteous. It applies to selling, trade in and buying watches alike. You can buy with confidence from Swiss Watch Expo!

This was my first experience dealing with SWE as I had been looking for an Omega Seamaster for a while and found the perfect one. It was labeled as used but it seems the previous owner must have been a collector as it was unworn seemingly. Not a scratch on it. It was basically brand new. And I got it for nearly half off what a new model would be. I definitely have plans to buy more luxury watches from SWE.

I bought a great watch that I had been wanting for a long ttime. Flawless and very professional experience. I will surely hope to be able to buy again from them.

Worked with Jason and from day one had an amazing experience. Never felt pressured to buy something, and appreciated his knowledge. We discussed several watches over several week before I finalized my watch. Would definitely recommend working with Jason, and Swiss watch Expo. I will be a repeat customer.

Great watch, will purchase many after the amazing experience! I am.on.my second cartier watch, tank large!

Great FaceTime to preview watch and was easy to work w and product was great and better than expected!

watches in excellent condition and transactions are smooth.

Great experience. Josh (hope I got that right) was very helpful and showed me the watch I was interested in via text link. All my questions were answered. The watch came quickly and well packaged. Watch looks brand new. Very happy with my purchase.

Swiss Watch Expo is terrific to work with: responsive, great inventory, makes buying and selling easy. Full marks!

excellent - I received my Submariner as expected... your staff was very helpful.

I purchased a beautiful Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean watch on the orange rubber strap. The watch is stunning and the experience with Swiss Watch Expo was just as beautiful. Fast, attentive, helpful, and a great conversation before the purchase. No pressure, no hype, just very solid.

The staff at SwissWatchExpo was great to work with. They made the sales process very easy. They sent the watch immediately, and the watch was exactly described. I couldn't be happier and will definitely do business with them again.

Great customer service and the watch was in perfect condition! It came in as specified with all the paperwork, the original Rolex box plus card, and there were no issues. Highly recommend!

David did a great job from start to finish on our transaction. He was a pleasure to work with.

I’ve bought three watches from SWE and every purchase has been a great experience. One watch I returned, due to a financial change on my end was handled easily and without hassle. Every watch was exactly as described and presented in the site and I am extremely pleased with SWE!

Spoke to a few nice and knowledgeable men who heloped me make my decision and gave me piece of mind. Very pleasant experience.

SWE provides a flawless customer experience for any level watch collector.

Easy and efficient, thats how I describe this shopping experience. I got my watch a day earlier than promised. I will definitely buy my next watch here. Very happy with the whole process.

Seamless process - everything occurred exactly as promised.

Great Company! Beautiful watch, great shipping.

My Panerai arrived in great condition just as advertised in the time frame promised. Very happy with their service. It was an easy transaction. Highly recommend them for second hand premium watches.

My wife researched many watch companies in the U.S. and abroad. Many of the companies overseas had very delayed shipping dates from the time of purchase and even packaging, notwithstanding the fact that they are reputable companies. Within the United States the one company that stoodout was Swiss watch expo. My wife searched the website for Vacheron Constantine watches for my 65th birthday and she found one particular watch at a very fair price of $27,000.00 for a traditionelle. She was able to get on a FaceTime with Ro from the company who spent a considerable amount of time showing her every detail of the watch which was preowned but I’m immaculate condition. Comparable watches were selling for 33k-37k from other companies. The watch was purchased and shipped out within 2 days with a 2 day arrival. We were provided with a 10 day return policy from day of receipt. Upon receipt and inspection, we can only express that the watch exceeded out expectations. It is beautiful and looks brand new in the original box and with certification. We are elated and grateful, this will be my go to watch company from this point forward .

I have been extremely happy with the level of service, product selection and pricing, and after sales support offered by Swiss Watch Expo! I used the online chat when looking at a watch and immediately got a response from a real human. She took my info and said she would have an expert call me later that same day. A few hours later Michael called me and was very helpful answering all of my questions about the watch I was looking at purchasing. He took his time and didn’t make me feel rushed. Even gave me his contact info for any future questions. I completed the purchase shortly after our call and it shipped out the same day. I received it two business days later via FedEx - it was exactly as pictured and described on the website. I was able to even register it on the Cartier website. I love that SWE had already serviced the watch, so now I don’t have to worry about a costly service for a number of years. When I realized the bracelet was a bit too large, I had a local jeweler remove a link, but then it was too tight. I reached back out to Michael and he said they could order a half link from Cartier for me, so I had them do that. I’ve been incredibly impressed with the whole experience and would not hesitate to purchase another watch from SWE again in the future!

I was fortunate enough to purchase my first Rolex from David at Swiss Watch Expo. He was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. Great selection of luxury watches!

Shopping for a Rolex can be a stressful experience. Authenticity, availability and service in general. This does not apply at Swiss Watch Expo. I was shopping around at multiple other retailers as well as online platforms and I am so glad I was able to connect with Michael Cash at Swiss Watch Expo who solidified I was making the right choice. He sourced and found exactly what I was looking for, an unworn essentially new Sky Dweller, and made it so I could come in and try it on to ensure it was perfect. He set me up with Jason who was equally as amazing and the time piece was just perfection. I was able to get it very quickly, literally a couple days after initial contact, and after visiting I can see just what a professional and prompt business this is to deal with. I will continue to purchase here and love the experience I had. I reached out to the CEO, Eugene Tutunikov, and his timely as well as personable response was that of a CEO who takes both pride in his people and in his product. 2 thumbs way up on everything start to finish. Appreciate you all!

Great service. Got a watch for mom and ~30 days in, no regrets. Mom was wowed! Great product.

Watch was exactly in the advertised condition. Transaction was easy and secure. Watch arrived on time.

Very pleased with your agents who are knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. The watch is beautiful and so far so good.

Great selection, fair pricing, and their remote inspection and walkthrough of their facilities was very impressive. The ability to see it on an arm in real time closed the deal for me. Fast secure shipping. My new go-to for used watches.

Excellent service, communication and support throughout the entire process. Great experience, highly recommend.

I recently traded in 2 very nice watches for 2 even nicer watches from SWE. Justin and David were both helpful and knowledgeable. I may now die a happy man!😉

I was hesitant buying a luxury watch online first time from SWE. However, my experience was terrific. My JLC shipped promptly and in even better condition than I expected. I ordered a second Cartier shortly thereafter and was equally as pleased. Buy with confidence!

Good follow up. Watch is in excellent shape. Very pleased with the people I talked to at SWE throughout the process. and love the watch!

One of the most pleasant and professional experiences that I’ve had in the luxury watch marketplace. The staff Is extremely knowledgeable, Very accommodating. Ro is the salesperson that I have been working with, highly recommend! Can’t thank you guys enough for making it happen

Excellent experience. Great communication. Fast delivery of well-packaged item. Most importantly, item was in excellent condition as represented. Very happy customer.

The process was easy. The team of professionals they have took all my concerns away. The watch is exactly what they said it would be. Would definitely buy again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful watch.

We purchased our GRANDSON and Omega Seamaster for his graduation from nurse practitioner School. The representative that helped me through this process was really fantastic. The Watch we purchased was as described, and I would most definitely use them again.

purchased an omega speedmaster. the quality is amazing and they responded immediately when I needed some extra links. called them 5 minutes after they close and still took call and got my links the next day. highly recommend

First time buying from online dealer and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience from start to delivery!! Everything went smoothly and watch was as described and shipping was quick, I will definitely be purchasing more watches from Swiss Watch Expo.

Joshua was awesome.. he helped pick the perfect watch and am so thrilled with it. Swiss Expo has the watches, experienced staff to make your purchase the right one!

Swiss expo Did a great job with my trade and purchase of a Patek watch. They gave a decent value for my trade and the product that they delivered was as described. The process was pretty seamless and better than other exchanges that I’ve had in the past with other companies. I would highly recommend this vendor. Hope to do business with them in the future….cheers

I had the BEST experience at SwissWatchExpo. I made an appointment after seeing a watch I had my eye on for a little while was available on their website. Ro kindly gave me a call to confirm our appointment and to give me some details on what to expect. While there, Ro gave me such a great experience walking through the process and making me feel like a valued customer even though it was my first time there and my first time purchasing a luxury watch. The watch was described as in "excellent condition" but it might as well have been brand new. I loved that they took the time to set the time and fit the bracelet for me. Highly recommend SwissWatchExpo, especially if you're local to Atlanta.

I failed to plan ahead and make an appointment, but the team worked with me and squeezed me in. I appreciate them going above and beyond. It was a pleasure speaking with the owner during my visit and I look forward to working with Joshua again in the future.

By far, the best experience buying anything online. The process of connecting via FaceTime, seeing the facility and the actual product prior to purchasing truly made it an easy decision of where to do business.

I just received my Breitling Chronoliner watch that I purchased 2 days ago. It was a seamless, easy transaction and the watch was perfect, as advertised. I collect Breitlings and this is a fine addition to my collection. Well pleased with SWE.

Reliable, great comms. Smooth trade-in. Item as described. Authenticity guaranteed. Highly recommended.

Shipping was fast and the watch looks amazing!

My experience with SwissWatchExpo was pleasant and delightful. I was hesitant with the trust factor at first, but there was great communication throghout the transaction that gave me a sense of comfort knowing I was dealing with trusted professionals.

The customer service was impressive, and the packaging was incredible. They are definitely a top notch company. Thanks for my beautiful time pieces

Knowledgeable, friendly and made sure I was happy/satisfied with my purchase.

BEST watch place ever!!

I was originally very skeptical of purchasing a expensive watch online. I was pleasantly surprised how the whole transaction went. Watch came exactly as shown on line matching the description perfectly. The constant correspondence and updates with them definitely helped put my mind at ease. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy online.

I would recommend this place for anyone who wants to buy a great watch for great price. Service is impeccable and you can get to see the watch via FaceTime. Highly Recommend the place!

It’s was my first purchase on Swiss Watch Expo. Super easy. Quick and 100% as promised. Got exactly what I was looking for and overall better then expected.

Ordered an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak 25730ST - watch came quickly and in excellent condition, as described.

They are not the cheapest, but well worth the price. You can rest assured you are getting a legitimate timepiece, that has also been looked through and serviced if needed. Well worth the extra cost instead of going through chrono or elsewhere and not knowing what you’re getting.

Excellent experience with SwissWatchExpo! I worked with Joshua, who went above and beyond by offering a video call so I could see the watch in person before purchasing. He also presented an alternative option to make sure I was confident in my choice — that kind of thoughtful service really stood out. The customer service team was equally impressive, patiently addressing my questions and concerns about the power reserve once I had the watch in hand. The watch arrived beautifully packed and in perfect condition. I’m beyond thrilled — this is my dream watch, and SwissWatchExpo made the entire buying experience seamless and trustworthy. Highly recommend!

Based on reviews I made a purchase with SwissWatchExpo. The staff was very helpful and even though I was located on the opposite side of the country. I had a phone conversation with staff and they made certain my questions were answered. In the end I received the model I wanted and the shipping was fast. I would recommend SwissWatchExpo.

Buying a pre-owned Rolex can be an arduous thing and vetting vendors is paramount to me. SWE was very professional and accommodating with my search for a Rolex. I highly recommend their services and customer care. They were great hand holders for me!

SWE is a great option for watch enthusiasts. They had exactly what I was looking for and at a price that was very reasonable compared to other options. The watch itself was in mint condition and fully serviced prior to shipping and supported by 18 month warranty. The staff is also very helpful. I would recommend them for any purchase you are looking to make.

I recently purchased a Cartier Ballon Bleu ladies watch from Swiss Watch Expo, and I cannot be more pleased. The watch is in excellent condition, the price was competitive, and the insurance appraisal value is nearly twice what I paid. Highly recommend!

My 2nd time buying from SWE was pretty much perfect. You can tell they've improved the purchasing process in recent years - communication, payment instructions, shipping -- every part of the transaction was spot-on and trouble-free. And the watch was amazing too. Excellent condition, and very good value.

Here’s a major shoutout to Joshua! He was incredibly helpful regarding my search for a Rolex Daytona. He professionally guided me through the process and made me feel extremely comfortable working with the entire Swiss Watch Expo team! The process was extremely easy to follow and delivery was spot on! I have nothing but good things to say about the entire Swiss Watch Expo team from sales the shipping they did extremely good job! Job Well, done.

Worked with Jason who was most helpful! The price was fair, the service was excellent as promised, and the watch is what I wanted and in great condition. I highly recommend this company and Jason!

After researching my options online, I found what I was looking for here at SWE and had a great shopping experience with Jason. All of the staff are very friendly and professional!

Ro was an impressive guy. I bought a watch and he was my rep. I will be back and will definitely try to go through him.

Great time piece! Love this time piece. Omega 2531.80.00. Perfect condition. Been on the lookout for this piece for a bit. SWE came through big time. Good price. Fast shipping. Great communication. This is the second Omega I purchased from them. Will definitely be back again.

Jason was great! Purchase transaction was smooth. Would buy another timepiece from SWE without hesitation. The watch is exactly as described. Looks great on my wrist.

I worked with both Joshua and RO. Both were wonderful to work with and very personable and professional. I would and will deal with both of them again. (As soon as I can accumulate more money.🤣

I’ve enjoyed purchasing two watches from and selling one to the good people at SwissWatchExpo. I recommend them and will likely purchase from them again when I’m back in the market for another watch.

Wow! Complete and total satisfaction. These folks are no joke. I got a spectacular Rolex Daytona in absolutely mint condition at a fair price. They shipped it super fast and it was even nicer than the photos showed. Highly recommend.

You can really put your trust in Swiss watch expo. When purchasing high end watch it’s so important to find credible worry free stores

I ordered my watch online. The process was simple and clearly instructed with plenty of followup emails during the process. My watch is simply gorgeous, I love it. I was amazed at how well the box was packed for delivery and the extras included. *see photo I will definitely consider Swiss Watch Expo on my next purchase.

They were absolutely wonderful to work with, even when I thought they made a mistake and it was my own error. They were kind, patient and carefully talked through my question. Their customer service was very responsive and direct to their store. Most importantly, the watch was even better looking in person than online. They described it as excellent condition but I would have said mint. I would buy from them again and highly recommend.

Joshua was fantastic, thank you so much for the personalized experience.

Vlad is a pleasure to work with at SWE-----great experience both buying and selling

This was a very easy process. I really enjoy my new time piece. If all goes well, I will definitely purchase more piece's.

Great experience. I looked for a long time and finally found the piece I wanted. Joshua communicates very well about what to expect and how to move forward. Later that day, I had an excellent watch on my wrist.

This Cartier watch is my first one. I do like this very much. Thanks.

The experience was seamless and excellent - check out process and two day delivery was fantastic. I bought another watch a day before from another competitor and I got three days AFTER what SwissWatch committed too. My future purchases will be with SwissWatchExpo....great experience!!!!

Overall experience was a positive one. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

Great experience from beginning to end. I was impressed by the attention received from the salesman (Mr. Cash) and equally thrilled by the quality of the Omega Speedmaster that I purchased/ received. Well done SwissWatchExpo!

Great company! I found out about them via YouTube researching another watch they did a review for. I must admit, their speed of shipping and reasonable prices will have me coming back as a customer in the future. Thank you!

Best watch co to deal with prices are fair and watches are beautiful thank you Mike and Vlad Robert Nassaney

Excellent service, amazing products, and fair prices. On top of all that, they know that customers are making big financial decisions in buying their luxury watches, so they work to make sure that customers feel comfortable doing so without pressuring them.

Awesome transaction at an incredibly attractive price. My wife loves her new watch.

The service was professional and accurate. I loved how they FaceTime with me and showed me everything that I was interested in. It was Easy to make the purchase. Very professional.

I recently purchased a Cartier watch from Joshua at Swiss Watch Expo and could not be more pleased! I had been looking at watches for a while and wasn’t really sure about purchasing a pre-owned watch, especially over the internet. I was skeptical of the authenticity and the watch being in as good of condition as it appeared. After weeks of researching the pre owned market and a few different sites, I connected with Joshua. He was very patient with me for a couple weeks while I went back and forth on different collections. He FaceTimed me and pulled several watches for me to look ar over the course of 2 weeks. I ended up purchasing a Cartier Ballon Bleu. After I purchased and was awaiting delivery, I started to worry that I made the wrong decision. Joshua talked with me and put my mind at ease. Needless to say, when it arrived it was as perfect as they said! Needless to say, if you are in the market for a pre owned luxury watch, I highly recommend them!0

Exceptional experience! I had never bought a watch online before and naturally was very skeptical. I found the exact watch I was looking for on the Swiss Watch Expo website. I arranged a call to discuss the watch with their sales rep, Michael. Michael was nothing short of amazing! No hard sell, fountain of information about the watch, manufacturer, model, design, etc. Michael was so easy to speak with, he wanted to make sure he answered all of my questions and had all the information I needed to make a decision. I valued Michael’s perspectives and observations as they were most helpful. I highly recommend Michael and am confident you will have the same experience as I did with him and Swiss Watch Expo!

I purchased a watch for my grandmother from Swiss Watch Expo and their team was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. I received the watch the very next day and it included the Rolex Card as well as their appraisal. It practically looked brand new.

Company was professional and did what they said. Watch was good as advertised. Shipment was prompt.

My experience working with Michael Cash was excellent. I would definitely recommend him to potential customers.

Great experience and the product was just as advertised. Will definitely buy from here again!

Bought a beautiful Rolex oyster perpetual Airking from SwisswatchExpo. Joshua was very helpful, got on a whatsapp call he showed me the watch and it was in pristine condition. The watch was shipped as promised and I received it in 2 business days. The watch was in mint condition and was recently serviced and comes with a 18 month warranty. The price was very fair. All in all a good buying experience.

I had a great experience with Swiss Watch Expo, who set up a lineup of great watches for me to look at and try on in person. The price was very fair. I was helped by Ro, who was fantastic.

I had a great experience purchasing my watch via Swiss Watch Expo. What I received was accurately described and displayed online. Shipment was swift and everything arrived in perfect!

Great experience, from first contact to receipt. Watch is beautiful.

My recent and only experience with Swiss watch expo was excellent and could not ask for a better purchasing transaction. The Submariner I received was just as described in the listing. Mike took his time with me in describing the watch before purchasing. I received it in a beautiful packaged bundle which shows the care Swiss watch expo took to present me the watch. I will definitely be purchasing future timepieces from them.

Had an awesome purchase experience. 1. Sent online inquiry on (2) watches on a 1/8/26 2. Got a call and subsequent FaceTime on 1/9/26 showing the facilities, quick company background, then viewed both watches. 3. Made purchase on 1/11/26 over the weekend. 4. Watch was shipped out 1/12/26 via FedEx and arrived early afternoon 1/14/26 the most beautiful 18k Solid Gold Datejust Roman Champagne Dial on Super Jubilee ref 116238, immaculate condition. took it to Rolex store the same day to have links removed and the rep was amazed at the find. THANKS!

Unparalleled luxury experience! Romain made purchasing a gift for my husband easy with his extensive knowledge.

Excellent timely service, very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful product, arrived just as pictured and described!

Had a great experience buying a watch here. We did a Facetime call so I could see the watch up close and ask questions. Purchase process was easy. Customer service is great, Ro was so friendly and cooperative. I highly recommend them.

This is the fifth watch purchased and extremely happy. The price and trade value was very reasonable. Thanks

Great experience with trading in my watch and purchasing a new one at the same time. Vlad was responsive open and honest throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend Swiss Watch Expo and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Swiss watch expo was awesome to work with. I did the transaction over the phone via FaceTime. I was looking at 2 Date just watches and had a good view of them. Had the watch I chose in 2days. I’d buy again!

Had a great experience buying a watch here. We did a Facetime call so I could see the watch up close and ask questions. Purchase process was easy, they walked me through it and watch arrived on time and exactly as ordered

I spoke with Michael. He was extremely helpful. I not only bought a watch, Cel de Cartier, I also bought links to match. I've already had the links put on. The watch fits perfectly. I'm extremely happy!! Thanks

Swiss watch expo delivers on quality and you know what you’re getting is genuine. The Rolex datejust 36 mm was the exact one pictured on the website and I’m a happy customer . I would definitely shop with them again .

Excellent service from everyone. What I love the most is that they answered the phone on the first ring.

I consider Swiss Watch Expo to be an superior watch re-seller. They have a team of expert watch technicians who certify what you are purchasing. The sales team video chats with you, showing you the facilities and any watch you inquire about. The watch I wanted had just been sold and they found another within a couple of weeks. Highly recommend them...you can purchase with confidence.

I purchased my first ever Rolex Explorer II and worked with Ro. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped fit me in the day I called up there. Overall great experience and watch is in pristine condition being that it’s roughly 23 years old. Thank you Ro!!

I recently got an Omega Sea Master from Swiss Watch Expo. They were excellent to deal with fast service great packaging excellent prices and they sell a great product. As I was a bit leery about sending the money via wire I did the FaceTime call with Joshua who showed me my watch and took me on a tour of the company which alleviated any fears. The watch came with a carry case and certification. As they weren’t able to ship the next day, they overnighted my watch. Great company and recommended!

Purchased several watches from Joshua and have been very pleased with his helpfulness, knowledge, and follow through.

This was my first experience with SwissWatchExpo. The sales staff reached out to check on shipping details and were very helpful in the buying process. They responded quickly and were able to answer all my questions. The watch was just as advertised. I will purchase from them in the future.

Ro was great, answered all my questions and provided an awesome experience on my watch purchase. Will 100% be a return customer

Felt like I was in the store choosing the watches so great to have a sales person guide me in the right direction not just towards the most expensive thing. He was trying to find a thing that was best for me, even if it was a little cheaper Also, the practice of doing FaceTime to see the actual watch really helped me feel comfortable buying this investment over the Internet

Jason was very accommodating. Helped answer all of my questions including multiple video calls to help me find the right piece. Would do business with him again. Thank you Jason!

Everyone wae very helpful and professional making the purchase very seemless specially Joshua whos been helping me . Am sure I’ll be going back to them and referring them to friends

Ro was super helpful and knowledgeable. Really appreciated the ease of the process - pre purchase communication and in-store fitting. Great experience.

This was my third purchase from Swiss Watch Expo, and each experience has been excellent. The Watch was exactly as pictured on the site, and was in excellent condition. The payment and shipment process was seamless with great support if needed. If you are in the market for an excellent timepiece, I fully recommend that you check-out Swiss Watch Expo.

I bought 2 Rolex watches and sold SWE one of mine. Their offer was substanially higher than 3 other firms I offered my watch for sale. Their communication was outstanding, a real pleasure to do business with.

I was looking for an unworn Rolex Explorer II and found it here. We did a FaceTime viewing of the watch and a virtual tour of the shop, a really nice touch to the buying experience. The process was flawless, shipping was fast and the packaging was incredible. The watch is absolutely perfect. In all, a great buying experience and I would not hesitate to buy again. Well done Swiss Watch Expo!

Ro was great, shipping was fast and the watch was in immaculate condition. I couldn’t be happier.

I'm a repeat customer, and as always, SwissWatchExpo has been great dealing with. Great inventory and excellent customer service. I'll be back for another one soon!

Excellent customer service, I highly recommend SWE !!

Great service, rushed a Saturday delivery which i needed to bring the watch on holiday to gift to my daughter. Packageing was great, beautiful watch thanks

I have purchased 3 watches from them in the last several months. All have exceeded my expectations. Most recently Jason was great to work with. He jumped on a video call and went over each watch in detail as well as gave me a tour of the shop. The stores reputation, in house repair expertise and warranty are reasons to do business here.

Very impressive operation in the heart of Buckhead. Incredible service. I was in and out of there in an hour with a watch I've worn every day since I bought it.

Very fast shipping and knowledgeable staff, when you talk they give you the time of day to express yourself and guide you on your purchase will definitely buy more from them

Fair price offered for my watch + they included a trade. Smooth process and quick transaction. Traded a Patek Nautilus for cash + a JLC Tribute Chronograph.

I worked with "Ro" and he was friendly and knowledgeable. I really LOVE my new Cartier watch that he presented to me. Great watch, great price and great service!

Great service, FaceTime tour of store and inventory. Great personalized service! Will definitely look to use them again for my next purchase.

I had a wonderful experience - was able to FaceTime with the staff and see the business setup and watch that way before making my decision. The watch is beautiful and I feel I paid a reasonable price for it. Thank you.

Purchased an Omega Speedmaster and Seamaster. Great prices, fast shipping, easy transaction, quality watches. Couldn’t be happier.

The staff at Swiss Watch was very professional and knowledgeable. I had been looking for a specific model of Omega and Swiss happened to locate it. Thanks, Josh was great!

Best customer service ever! Romain “Ro” Wright was professional, polite, knowledgeable and efficient in helping us in the most competent manner. Thanks SWE. Thanks Ro!

My watch arrived well packaged and protected. The wire transfer instructions were thorough and the purchase process went smoothly. The most important part was the watch. It is absolutely beautiful! I would trust and highly recommend Swiss Watch Expo.

Awesome experience and great customer service. I was nervous about buying such an expensive item online, they made me feel comfortable with their support and expertise. I highly recommend

I had a great experience with Josh from SWE. These guys actually FaceTime’d me to view their facility and my watch purchase. I highly recommend the company-extremely professional and personal…They will make you feel highly valued.

Spoke with Michael Cash who zoom called me and showed me the watch I was interested in, showed me the entire operation in Atlanta and had the watch sent to me by Fed ex in 2 days. Excellent service!

Great process for a secondary market rolex starbucks sub. I called in with some questions and then did a quick video call. I needed a specific arrival date and SWE arranged for that. The timepiece arrived in incredible condition. As you know if you are in the market for a Rolex and other desirable watches, the wait can be a lifetime from the dealer/boutiques. This was my first secondary market Rolex purchase. I envision me using SWE again and look forward to going to the brick and mortar store if I'm ever in the area.

Can’t say enough about the quality and quick professional experience, watch is just as expected and Josh is the best! Will be buying another watch soon

First time purchasing a luxury watch and the experience couldn't have been better! The quick 2 day shipping was great and everything arrived just as shown in the photos. The timepiece also came with a travel case, certificate of authenticity, and a bag as if I just walked out of their retail store. I would definitely go back for my next timepiece to add to my collection! Highly recommend Swiss Watch Expo

Had an outstanding experience with SwissWatchExpo and Jason. He went above and beyond to setup virtual appointments, answer questions, compare models and assist with an exchange to make sure I found the right piece. Jason's knowledge and passion for his craft is unmatched - thanks again for a great experience - even remotely!

Excellent service and received the watch I requested in great condition. Would certainly purchase from here again!

Overall an easy transaction, very smooth and easy. Also the watch was in prism condition and as described so would definitely consider them again for future purchases

Great watch as described like new for a good price. Ro was great with the whole buying experience.

I have bought my 5th luxury watch from Swiss watch expo. And as in the past it was an easy and enjoyable experience. I bought a stunning Cartier watch and it arrived in a week. It was to tight and I called my agent Ro who quickly sent the 2 links I needed . The surprise was that Cartier did not have the links in stock. But Swiss watch expo did! I highly recommend this company and Ro for luxury watch sales and purchases .

Great experience! Watch was truly what they presented it as

Absolutely outstanding experience - from the order process to processing the order itself, I can't rate Swiss Watch Expo highly enough. I was so pleased with the first experience, that I ordered a second high end luxury watch only a few weeks later. Each experience yielded the same result - a truly professional organization to purchase from without any worries nor regrets. I found my on-line watch boutique - and Swiss Watch Expo is that store.

Great customer service, fast delivery, watch looked exactly like picture and is beautiful

Purchased my first high end watch from here. The speed master showed up in the condition I expected. I’ll do business here again!

I had a great experience with SwissWatchExpo. Vlad helped me through the trade-in process and offered incredible customer service from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and made everything feel effortless. The entire process was quick. I was in and out in under 30 minutes and left with a beautiful new watch. I’d definitely recommend SwissWatchExpo to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable watch-buying experience.

I was pleased with the professionalism and kindness of my sales associate!!

Overall, great transaction. The watch is beautiful, arrived quickly, and keeps great time. I’ve bought several watches online and this was one of the best experiences. Two thumbs up.

The time piece I purchased was such a blessing to my husband for our 20th year wedding anniversary. Perfect and in mint condition!

Jason was very knowledgeable and professional. Followed up and answered all my questions. Love my Cartier tank watch

Very accommodating and helpful salesman! Watch arrived with no problems and I am very happy with the purchase!

Had a great experience with SWE. Jason, the rep was very cooperative and courteous, shipping was fast and the watch was great. Doing a video call to check on the watch reduces the unknown factor of buying online. Their prices are not the lowest in the market but you pay for the structure and service. Highly recommend.

Shopping for a vintage timepiece with Swiss Watch Expo is stress free. You can purchase with confidence that you are getting a quality near perfect watch! Excellent customer focus as well!

Satisfied with my purchase. The watch was exactly as described. Fast and secure delivery!

My first purchase from SWE and it was super smooth and easy. I did a FaceTime call with Michael Cash to see the watch and compare it to one other I was considering. He is super knowledgeable in Cartier. They offer a 10 day return window which gave me time to carefully consider the watch before deciding to keep it. I would certainly do business with them again.

In a crowded world 🌎 of watch enthusiasts, this company stands out. If you are looking for an educated journey along the way to finding your next time piece, then don’t hesitate to engage. I certainly will be coming back for seconds …

Beautiful watch. Fair price. Excellent quick service

Great experience! My first time buying a watch online. The sales associate Vlad was excellent - he FaceTime and demo the watches for me. That really helped with making my decision. The watch was in excellent condition, as they promised me. I will certainly buy from swiss watch expo again!

The transaction was a very smooth experience and the watch is incredible. I enjoyed the videos online highlighting the watch and explaining the history. Your excitement was contagious enough for me to purchase the watch. Thank you!

Amazing service from start to finish, the process was so easy and my Omega Planet Ocean was perfect and absolutely love it!

It’s when things go wrong you can tell what a company (or person) is made of. I want to take a moment to say that SWE has done everything right - they stand by their products, stand by their commitments, and really have done a professional job in every way.

The experience was exceptional. The watch was as advertised and the trade in process was seamless. I was in and out of the store within 30 minutes. Will definitely shop with them again!

Fantastic service and excellent quality of watches

Best buying experience online, great team, best customer service, great watches...highly recommend. Thank Angel… Submariner, Explorer I, Datejust.

Michael and his coworkers helped show us the watches we had picked out and made the whole transaction very easy. Thank you!

I found the watch I wanted online and ordered on the website. The process was seamless and the watch arrived in about 5 business days via FedEx. It was packaged very well. The condition was listed as excellent, but it looks brand new! It was a 20th anniversary gift for husband and he loves it! Zero complaints! I would definitely recommend Swiss Watch Expo if you are looking for a luxury watch.

Fabulous experience with SWE!! Great price, service, impeccable quality!

Great experience from web site to phone call. The watch I purchased was exactly as promised and was delivered on time.

Absolutely love my Pepsi GMT 16700. The patina on the dial is what makes it stand out from the rest. Took it to my AD and they were in awe. Truly was a pleasure working with Michael & Team at SWE and hope to do business again in the future. 5/5

This was a great watch buying experience. Thanks so much with helping me on my trade in. My new watch is awesome! You guys rock!

Found the watch I wanted online. Happened to be in Atlanta for the day so I dropped in. I didn’t have an appointment but they did accommodate me. Ro pulled the watch from the back and I bought it on the spot. An unworn Date Just. Great service. Great selection. would definitely buy from them again.

The SwissWatch site is very easy to navigate and find the item you want to purchase. Each listing is detailed containing the age, condition and accurate measurements. The team is very responsive to inquiries and questions and the item I purchased is exactly as described. Would highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience with SWE. The transaction and shipping was quick! My S&G Submariner date came to me minty fresh! I am completely satisfied with this purchase.

Watch was delivered super fast. Love this shop, certified watches, great prices, low shipping cost, and watch was immaculate for being older. They know the market and deliver on quality time pieces on the low end of the market. If you want to skip the hunt on EBay & Chrono24 find your watch here and be confident you are getting a quality piece. Trust this USA professional dealer.

I was extremely pleased with the entire buying experience, from searching the website to the wire transfer process to the perfect delivery in two days. Thank you!

The process of selecting, reviewing, purchasing, and delivering a watch was very easy and convenient.

Easy to order. Watch was exactly as described. Great experience all around. I would do business with them again soon. A++++

Always a great experience purchasing from SwissWatchExpo. Their watches are fairly priced with on honest condition assessment.

Very professional and efficient. Every step was easy and made for a great experience. I will buy from them again.

I have bought and traded with SWE a few times and they have been very professional. Recently worked with Vlad who was great. Highly recommend.

The SWE is a wonderful company. I highly recommend them! Jason helped us and he was excellent!

I was getting this watch to celebrate my 60th birthday. It was manufactured the year I graduated from High School It’s really beautiful. Swiss Watch Expo let me have a FaceTime visit with it to ensure it was the right one.

Very easy to work with. Smooth, efficient and I purchased a Rolex that local designated dealers couldn’t get. I’d highly recommend Swiss Watch Expo

Great watch at a good price. Looks brand new. Thank you!

Quick, seamless, and professional.

Showed up to see 3 watches that I picked online for a gift to my grandson. The 3 I picked out i didnt like for him but the salesman Michael had a different one for me to see and it turned out to be the perfect watch for my grandson. Michael was kind, patient, and very helpful for a inexperienced watch buyer

Very happy with my purchase !

I'm 100% satisfied with my new timepiece and my experience with SWE. The purchase and delivery of this timepiece was both easy and secure. Further, my watch is mint condition, as advertised, with box and factory certification documents. I highly recommend SWE for your next luxury watch purchase.

Swiss Watch Expo did a great job through the entire purchase and delivery process. From the initial purchase to delivery they exceeded expectations. First class operation.

Excellent experience Very helpful and courteous staff Item as described , actually better

Vlad was really helpful. Love the watch.

Michael (sales) and Roe ((sp.)— technician)) were both responsive, knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk business and watch questions. I enjoyed a great experience and would definitely buy from them again.

I worked with Jason to secure the purchase of a watch I spent months searching for and finally found at SWE. Meeting with him sealed the deal for me. Although the price was slightly higher than similar examples from other sources, after doing a video meeting with Jason to view the watch I was interested in and getting a tour of SWE’s location, I was convinced that SWE was the place to buy from. The certification process, including a detailed inspection from their onsite watchmakers, gave me the peace of mind I was looking for in making my decision. Highly recommend.

Start to finish everything went easy and as planned. The salesman was great

Jenna was excellent and responded to our requests promptly and with detail. The watch was exactly as presented when received. Very good company to do business with.

Had a great experience with Michael and the rest of the SWE team! He provided excellent service with helping to secure my first Omega Seamaster as a 40th Bday gift to myself. I will definitely be doing more business with SWE!

Entire experience was exceptional. Watch is even better than it looked online and during the FaceTime preview. Michael was a pleasure to work with, and I've never seen something so well-packaged for shipping. I'll definitely shop here again.

I was extremely pleased with the entire buying experience, from searching the website to the wire transfer process to the perfect delivery in two days. Thank you!

Awesome service very trustworthy and simple process I would only use this site for serious watch collecting and I collect a lot of watches safety and authenticity are vital and this site nails it

Very fast shipping and the watch was incredible

Simply a beautiful watch! Great price and good service

Spent a year trying to find a specific Rolex Datejust 31 for my wife and grudgingly decided the used market was the final option. I say grudgingly because of the fear of scams and fakes seem to dominate the industry. After much research on credible companies, I was assisted by Jenna at SWE after finding the exact watch I had been looking for. Jenna was patient and described the actual watch acurately and honestly. She walked me through the purchase and the watch arrived when and as promised. On inspection, I would say that Jenna and SWE was extremely conservative in their description of the watch... it is as good as any I would find new at the authorized dealer. The watch is perfect and my wife loves it!

Everything was what they said it would be. Authentic. Clear. Fast. Great quality product and experience in the end.

Everything was easy to use and received the watch in great time.

SWE put me at ease with their great reputation and two face time calls showing me the piece I was interested in. I also got a virtual tour of the facility and had all my questions answered. We handled the purchase on the same call and the watch was immediately boxed up and sent my way within the hour. This 1995 Rolex Date Just looks absolutely stunning, it looks brand new! Jonathan and Jenna squared me away during this whole process, what a great experience with SWE.

Terrific customer service! This is my second purchase from SWE. Michael and I were on FaceTime while he located the timepiece (Rolex Explorer II) with a bracelet large enough for my wrist. We executed the deal while on FaceTime and the timepiece arrived 2 days later. I couldn’t be happier!

Excellent process, excellent $20k watch, no concerns!

Great place to buy an authentic pre-owned watch. Jason provided excellent customer service and gave me a virtual tour of the showroom. I’m not in Atlanta but I was able to see the watch up close via FaceTime before purchasing. Shipped promptly after payment, packaged very carefully and arrived quickly in exactly the same condition as I saw virtually. Love the watch and I’m very happy with the purchase experience.

I am obsessed with my watch! I was so worried about getting a fake from other dealers and Swiss Watch Expo set my mind at ease. If you want the real deal search no further.

Overall a good buying experience, good communication. Would definitely come back.

We have purchased 3 watches and very very happy with them! Highly recommend Swiss watch expo!!

The quality of the watches and the level of service provided are exceptional. When they describe items as being in excellent or mint condition, they truly deliver on that promise. The watches appear as if they have never been worn, which is remarkable. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and plan to continue adding to my collection from this company. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for fine timepieces.

Great service, fast shipping. Rolex was EXACTLY as described.

I had a very good experience, from selecting the watch to receiving it I’m two days. The watch looks like it was never used. Very pleased all around.

Very efficient delivery. I hope that the customer service is in the same way if I need assistance in the future. Not a IA chat, that’s very disappointing

Very good service and price. I was looking for a specific watch, that was not available and after contacting them, (Joshua) call me back and told me that they just got what I was looking for. I received it as promised in mint condition. This was my second time I purchased from this company and will do it again in the future.

The watch that I purchased was represented accurately and all aspects of the transition were straightforward.

Could not have asked for a better experience. Their service is unmatched and my watch was exactly as described and pictured. Will definitely be buying again from SWE.
