Many of the companies overseas had very delayed shipping dates from the time of purchase and even packaging, notwithstanding the fact that they are reputable companies. Within the United States the one company that stoodout was Swiss watch expo. My wife searched the website for Vacheron Constantine watches for my 65th birthday and she found one particular watch at a very fair price of $27,000.00 for a traditionelle. She was able to get on a FaceTime with Ro from the company who spent a considerable amount of time showing her every detail of the watch which was preowned but I’m immaculate condition. Comparable watches were selling for 33k-37k from other companies. The watch was purchased and shipped out within 2 days with a 2 day arrival. We were provided with a 10 day return policy from day of receipt. Upon receipt and inspection, we can only express that the watch exceeded out expectations. It is beautiful and looks brand new in the original box and with certification. We are elated and grateful, this will be my go to watch company from this point forward .

I have been extremely happy with the level of service, product selection and pricing, and after sales support offered by Swiss Watch Expo! I used the online chat when looking at a watch and immediately got a response from a real human. She took my info and said she would have an expert call me later that same day. Great process for a secondary market rolex starbucks sub. I called in with some questions and then did a quick video call. I needed a specific arrival date and SWE arranged for that. Spent a year trying to find a specific Rolex Datejust 31 for my wife and grudgingly decided the used market was the final option. I say grudgingly because of the fear of scams and fakes seem to dominate the industry. Having purchased watches on a few different platforms I have to say as far as the condition of the used watch is concerned; SWE is by far the best. Responsiveness to questions; other platforms are better. Delivery time about the same as others, however I think SWE is a bit more secure. Their quality of pictures is excellent and represents the watch accurately. The detail is unmatched. The YouTube videos help too. All of the above and the extras like the appraisal and in house watch makers are an added value to consider when price shopping. Make an appointment when going to visit.

After looking on several sites for the watch I wanted, I decided to look on Swiss Watch Expo. My experience was unbelievable. I spoke with Jason and he was patient and very knowledgeable. I questioned him about the watch and my main concern was the pictures did not reflect the actual watch. He said they did, and informed about the return policy so I bought the watch. Two days later my watch arrived and I unpackaged it, grabbed a magnifying glass, and went out on the patio to look over the watch in the shining sun. WOW! Just wow! One small imperfection on the bracelet, none on the clasp or watch face, only visible with a magnifying glass and bright sun. The price was right in there with other sites that had watches so dinged up, Its hard to believe their owners were not injured. I could not be happier and will use Swiss Watch Expo exclusively.

This was one of the only places that I was able to find this particular Rolex, which was unworn. My only complaint is that, after wiring the money on a Friday morning, the watch wasn’t shipped until late Monday afternoon, so I didn’t receive the watch until that Friday.
