The Breguet Reine de Naples is a collection of refined watches designed for women. Introduced in 2022, it is based on the brand’s first ever wristwatch, which Abraham Louis Breguet designed in 1810 for Bonaparte's sister Caroline, then Queen of Naples.

Reine de Naples watches are distinguished by their oval white or rose gold cases, small off-center time displays, bejeweled crowns at 4 o’clock, hidden upper lugs, and colorful ornate dials that are artistically etched, set in precious stones or seashells, or covered with mother-of-pearls.
