The watch was as described and in like new condition. It even arrived a day earlier than expected, which I missed because it had to be signed for. My only issue was that I never got a call back on two different occasions after I was told they would. Otherwise, I am happy with my purchase and will most likely use Swiss Watch Expo in the future.
