I recently purchased another watch from SWE and submitted a two star review, IT WAS NOT DUE TO SWE…they remain a constant 5 star. MY 2 star was due to a very bad experience with delivery FED EX. Quick and easy process, professional each step of the way

Jason was great, helped me decide on a beautiful watch and assisted with trade-in on 2 others in the process. The watch runs great and is in terrific condition for its neo-vintage age. I researched a lot of online forums for reputable 'grey' and pre owned luxury watch dealers and SWE consistently has strong reviews and no concerns about so called 'frankenwatches' which put my mind at ease. Prices are a bit more than others but for peace of mind and the pre servicing I found that to be worth it.

I have purchased 3 watches and sold one. All of the transactions have gone smoothly and as expected. The watches were exactly as pictured and well packaged. The team communicates effectively throughout the process. And just recently one of my watches began losing time. I called, and they asked me to send it back, using the 2 year warranty, and they sent it to Panerai for a complete service and then sent it back to me at no cost. I highly recommend the team down there. Buying watches online can be scary, but they make the process great.

The person on phone knew exactly what I wanted wasn’t pushy and made sure I got what I wanted and in the size I needed. Great watch buying experience I would use them again.

I had been looking for this exact pre-owned make & model and was please they had it… I had found it listed online. I had the pleasure of working with Angel who was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Their store model is different than most in that they are appointment only, which I didn’t know when I showed up, but they had an opening, kindly let me in and had the watch available to show me. The watch was fully serviced and visually, it was in flawless condition. I highly recommend SWE!

I was shopping for a new watch and happened to go to YouTube and see videos on watches and stumbled by this company after a few months of looking I finally found the watch that I wanted. By far, it was the best Price so I decided to purchase it, I can’t believe how great my purchase was boxed and wrapped. There was no way of it getting damage during delivery. When I opened up the box and finally took the watch out my wife said, did you purchase a new watch and I said no it’s a preowned but the condition of this watch it looks like it’s brand new. if you’re in the market of buying a nice preowned watch, definitely give this company a call. I received my order in two days, there was an issue I noticed with my watch, contacted them about it and they sent me a return label, fixed the watch issue and had it returned to me in perfect condition in about two weeks.
